1. Who we are
EliminX is run by [OWNER_NAME], trading as [TRADING_NAME], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT_EMAIL].
2. We provide software only
We supply an app that helps organisers track picks, results and players. We do not organise, promote or take part in any competition. We do not accept entry fees, hold money, set prizes or pay out winnings.
3. Organisers are responsible for their competition
Each organiser is responsible for running their competition fairly and legally. That includes checking whether it is allowed under the Gambling Act 2005 and any local licensing rules, collecting and paying out any money, setting and applying the rules, settling disputes, and making sure anyone paying to enter is 18 or over.
4. Scores and results
Fixtures and scores come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Results shown in the app are for information only. The organiser's decision on who goes through or out is final, and we are not responsible for any dispute or loss arising from a result.
5. Ask the Gaffer
Pick suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence for fun. They may be wrong and are not betting or financial advice.
6. No affiliation
EliminX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club. Team names are used only to identify teams. The team badges in the app are our own simple designs, not official crests.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app running but can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date. As far as the law allows, our total liability to an organiser is limited to the fees they paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Your data
We store the details organisers enter (such as player names), organiser account details, anonymous device identifiers and basic usage records. See our Privacy policy for what we collect, why and how long we keep it.
9. Changes and law
We may update this disclaimer and will show the date it last changed. It is governed by the law of England and Wales.
